I’ve been getting a lot of comments about how beautiful our engagement rings are and I am so glad you are all enjoying my love for everything Disney and Disney Weddings. I have also been getting some questions about how and where to purchase these rings so I decided to dedicate a whole post to answer some of these frequently asked question. So let’s get down to business!
Can I change the stones or ring band metal? Every piece that Gemvara makes is completely customizable, EVERY PIECE! Also, some pieces are available with a different gem sizes. Just click “change” next to the gem size in the product details to see the range of sizes available.
I don’t see the ring I want anymore. Can I still order it? They occasionally update their selection, remove pieces we used to offer and also rotate which items we feature prominently. So it may be that the piece you want is still available in a different location. Even if they don’t offer it anymore, they can make it for you if it’s possible. Just give Gemvara a call to Customer Care at 1-800-436-8803.
How can we know what size ring I am? Gemvara has a couple of different options to solve the problem of not knowing your ring size. When you are on the checkout page, click “ring sizing help” right under the “ring size” button. When the box pops up, you can select from 2 options, download and print the a paper ring sizer or order a free ring sizer kit.You will be prompted to fill out your info and the sizer should be sent to you. You can also order your ring without a size by selecting “not sure” when you check out. If something happens and you get the wrong size, you have 101 days to resize it at no extra cost to you.
Does Gemvara ship out of the US/Canada? Yes, they ship to other parts of the globe, but they use a third-party site. When you are in the shopping cart, click the “International Checkout” button. You only need to click this if you are shipping outside of the US or Canada. Pretty simple, huh?

Another great thing Gemvara does is they insure all of their packages and require a signature for pieces over $1,500 (if you want to have to sign for items less than $1,500, just let them know).
Do they have a return policy? Yes, they have a one-year warranty in addition to our 101-day satisfaction guarantee return policy. The warranty covers quality of their workmanship. The warranty is void if another jeweler resizes or modifies the piece, since alterations, when done incorrectly, can damage the gems or the strength of the setting. So don’t it somewhere else!
I love the rings but they’re out of my budget. Do they offer financing? They do offer financing through Bill Me Later which is a safe payment method through WebBank. It is available to U.S. customers who are of legal age in their state of residence and is subject to credit approval.
